Position: Material Handler

Location: Chandler, AZ

Pay: $18-$22/hr, DOE

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | On-Site

Shift: M-F Days | 7am-4pm

Summary:

In this role, you'll support daily warehouse activities including goods receiving, inventory replenishment, stock control, order picking, coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and deliveries to customer locations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming goods, verifying quantities and organization of stock
  • Sort and prepare client orders to agreed timeframes and turnaround times
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders through 3PL partners to maintain stock availability
  • Receive and process inventory shipments from 3PL vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely put-away
  • Deliver items onsite to clients
  • Replenish stock to ensure shelves remain fully stocked and organized
  • Conduct routine stock audits and cycle counts to maintain high inventory accuracy
  • Utilize a computerized Warehouse Management System (WMS) for daily tasks
  • Maintain a proactive mindset toward stock control and warehouse efficiency

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
  • Dependable, adaptable, and motivated with a strong "can-do" outlook
  • Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Previous experience coordinating inventory replenishment, purchase orders, or receiving shipments from 3PL providers is preferred
  • Tech savvy individual with previous experience using software systems like SAP, Microsoft Projects, Teamwork, etc
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
  • Flexible and good interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Forklift driving experience is a plus
